Delivery

A courier brings your parcel to the address you gave, within 2–3 working days of the order being confirmed.

The delivery fee is 7 ₾ and is added to the price of the goods. The final total is shown in the cart and at checkout.

Weekends and public holidays do not count as working days.

We deliver to every city and municipality in Georgia. If your city is not in the list, choose "Other" and type it in.

In areas where the courier cannot deliver to the door, the parcel is held at the nearest branch and we will call you.

The courier calls the number you gave before delivering. If we cannot reach you, the parcel is held and a second attempt is made the next working day.

If delivery fails after three attempts, the order is cancelled. Contact us and we will place it again.

You may open the parcel and inspect the item while the courier is present.
