For distance sales, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the item, without giving a reason.

The window starts on the day the parcel is physically handed to you.

Within those 14 days you only have to tell us you are withdrawing. The item itself does not have to be back with us by then.

Once you have told us you are withdrawing, send the item back within 7 calendar days. What counts for that deadline is the date you send it, not the date it reaches us.

Keep your proof of postage — it is what shows you met the deadline.

If you are returning the item because you changed your mind or the size did not fit, you pay the cost of return shipping.

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we cover the shipping cost in full. Contact us with a photograph in that case.

Refunds are made by the same method you paid. Where that is not possible, we refund by bank transfer to an account you give us.

We refund within 14 calendar days of the day you tell us you are withdrawing — not from the day the parcel reaches us.

We may hold the refund until we have the item back, or until you show us it has been sent, whichever happens first. Sending us the postage receipt is therefore the fastest way to be paid.

Both the price of the goods and the original delivery fee are refunded — including when the item is perfectly fine and you simply changed your mind. The only cost that stays with you is sending the item back.
