What data we collect, why we need it, and how long we keep it.

What we collect
To fulfil an order we collect only what is needed to deliver a parcel:
- Full name
- Phone number
- City and address
- Email address — only if you choose to give one
- A note, if you write one
Why we need it
Name, phone and address are required to confirm the order and bring the parcel to you. Without them the order physically cannot be fulfilled.
Email is used only to send your order confirmation. We do not send marketing email.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not trade it with third parties.
The courier receives only what delivery requires: name, phone and address. The courier does not receive your email address or your order history.
Data is stored on Supabase servers within the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany).
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for the period required by accounting and tax legislation. After that period they are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what data we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected or deleted.

Cookies
This site uses only technically necessary data — for example your cart, which is stored in your own browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
