What data we collect, why we need it, and how long we keep it.

What we collect
To fulfil an order we collect only what is needed to deliver a parcel:
- Full name
- Phone number
- City and address
- Email address — only if you choose to give one
- A note, if you write one
Why we need it
Name, phone and address are required to confirm the order and bring the parcel to you. Without them the order physically cannot be fulfilled.
Email is used only to send your order confirmation. We do not send marketing email.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not trade it with third parties.
The courier receives only what delivery requires: name, phone and address. The courier does not receive your email address or your order history.
Data is stored on Supabase servers within the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany).
Bank card details
This website does not collect or store your bank card details — not the card number, not the expiry date, not the CVV code.
Card payments are processed on the secure page of the bank’s payment provider, TBC Bank’s Flitt system. You enter your card details directly with the provider, and they never pass through our servers.
Transactions are protected by the 3D Secure and PCI DSS standards. We receive only the outcome — approved or not — and the transaction reference assigned by the bank, which is kept with the order record.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for the period required by accounting and tax legislation. After that period they are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what data we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected or deleted.

Cookies
Technically necessary data — your cart and your choice of language — is stored in your own browser. The site needs it to work, and an order cannot be placed without it.
Beyond that we use a statistics tool that tells us how many people visit, which pages they look at and where they arrived from. We do this through Google Analytics, which means that data is also shared with Google.
None of it starts automatically. We ask the first time you visit, and no such script loads without your agreement. If you choose "Essential only", nothing is recorded and no request is sent.
You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser data, after which we will ask again.
